Aide Says Junior Senator Has Done More than Baucus, Williams, Mansfield combined

(BUTTE AMERICA) - During a recent meeting of the Butte Pachyderm Club (yes, they do exist in Butte), Cindy Perdue-Dolan, an aide to Sen. Conrad Burns (R-Mont.), told the group that “Conrad's done more for Butte than Baucus, Williams and Mansfield put together.”

This one definitely lands in the ‘Things that make you go huh?’ category. But it's exactly what happens when Burns is in cycle – lies, threats, and misrepresentations that go unchecked.
